These tiles are personalized with PERMANENT UV inks, fade and scratch resistant. Every stone design is different and patterns will vary. These tiles feature a 3D cutout for the main "mentor" title.

•. To order, choose your size and stone finish from the image in the listing. We offer these in 6" squares and 8" x 12".

•. Next, choose whether you would like to add a stand and finally add the name for the plaque in the personalization section as well as if you would like a different lettering color. If no color is entered, black will be used.

• IMPORTANT!! The following website- http://www.photransedit.com/Online/Text2Phonetics.aspx - will be used to generate the pronunciation for the name on the order form. If a different pronunciation is needed, please put that in the personalization section on the order form. Returns/refunds will not be given for failing to provide a different pronunciation on the order form.
